E3Sports has a proud partnership with Camp Group, and has worked specifically with Camp Winadu. One of the finest full season sports camp for boys in the United States, Camp Winadu, is located in the beautiful Berkshire Mountains of Massachusetts. Winadu combines specialty camp quality instruction in team and individual sports with the fun, camaraderie, and values of a traditional summer camp. Boys of all skill levels are welcome and thrive at Winadu.

Objective

Camp Winadu wanted to introduce the most sophisticated fitness & strength conditioning program in camping. Winadu’s main interest was to develop athletes of all ages and skill levels with proper methods of working-out and to reduce the chance of injuries. Another goal was to train the boys in sport specific programs but at the same time to fully enjoy their experience at Camp Winadu. 

Result

Campers participated in the E3Sports program 2-3 times per week and could choose more frequent sessions as part of an elective program.  E3Sports’ sports-specific programs established smarter, stronger athletes and minimized the risks of sport injuries during the summers at Winadu. Each camper left camp with skills for a lifetime of exercise and recreational sports.  E3Sports looks to expand its reach through other various camps on the East Coast through Camp Group.  Many campers continue to train individually with E3Sports during the school year.
