Mike's short term goals were to improve strength, flexibility and core performance.  His long term goals were to maintain his health and flexibility as well as increase his longevity in the NBA.  Discipline, hard work and perseverance have helped him get to this point in his career. Overall, he wants to win an NBA championship

Result

E3Sports helped Mike prepare for his season by getting his body into prime shape through a combination of exercises that improved balance, speed, stability, strength and conditioning.  Mike realized that consistency in how much you train is the best way to obtain these results that he desired. E3Sports created work-outs that focused on his needs as an athlete and was committed to helping Mike reach his short term and long term goals.
