New York Grays

Client

The NY Grays are a club baseball team based out of the South Bronx,
NY. Showcasing much of the homegrown talent the Bronx and Manhattan
have to offer, the NY Grays have become a regional baseball power with
programs in the Under 13, 12 and 11 age groups. The coaching, to the
authentic uniforms, and the play itself show that the NY Grays is a new
prototype for youth baseball organizations across the country.

Objective

The NY Grays were interested in professional performance training for
their young athletes at the highest level. They asked E3Sports to
educate their athletes utilizing both our custom designed Injury
Prevention and Athletic Development Programs.

Result

Each age group participates in a baseball-specific active warm up as
well as a cool down before every practice and game. By using an
E3Sports' functional program design, athletes have raised conditioning
levels and developed more efficient movement patterns. The NY Grays
have seen the results of what E3Sports can do in the form of increased
wins and a reduction in injuries.
