Andrew FitzGerald is an integral part of a new approach to coaching for today’s athletes. His expertise includes strength and conditioning, and functional training for athletic performance. In 2006, Andrew co-founded E3Sports, Inc, one of the first sports performance companies dedicated to the student-athlete. E3Sports was created around Andrew's belief to EDUCATE an athlete to the fullest, EXERCISE the body, mind, and spirit effectively and guide the athlete to EVOLVE.

Before co-founding E3Sports, Inc, Andrew was one of the top trainers at Equinox Fitness Clubs for six years. Presently, Andrew coaches 2 Manhattan Soccer Club teams and trains a number of others around New York City. He earned his Bachelors of Science degree from Keene State College with a concentration in Exercise Science and played varsity soccer for a nationally ranked program.

Coach Fitz is a highly sought after performance specialist for many athletic teams in the tri-state area. Currently, he is working on series of educational training programs specifically designed for injury prevention of student-athletes. He continues to research and test his training theories by attending the highly acclaimed mentorship program at Athletes’ Performance (phases 1-3) under Mark Verstegen and seminars at Mike Boyle’s Strength and Conditioning. Andrew is a Cape Cod native, but lives on the upper east side of Manhattan.
