Kane Simmons

Kane Simmons joins E3Sports as a Performance Consultant.  He is ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) and CPR/AED certified.  Kane played baseball for four years at the University of Belmont in Nashville, Tennessee.  He graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Athletic Training. Upon Graduating, Kane played professional baseball with the Colorado Rockies. After playing baseball, Kane began personal training at Equinox where he created individualized programs for a wide range of clients.

Most recently, Kane has been focused on the development of young athletes at the high school and college level. He specializes in speed, power, and agility. He has been instrumental in the process of helping young athletes reach their greatest potential.

Kane’s natural athletic ability and knowledge of training make him a great asset to the E3Sports Team. He believes training should be productive as well as enjoyable.
