Recovery

A critical piece of an overall successful exercise program is the planned recovery time period after the workout. Muscles will fatigue during a session and must be properly taken care of afterwards. Unloading the body and manipulating muscle density will flush out toxins from the body which in turn will prepare your body to the fullest for the next workout.

Regeneration

Recovery session designed to cool down the body after physical activity. There are a number of ways to recover after a workout such as active isolated stretching with a rope, using a foam roller or taking wieght off the body by simply floating in our pool. By regenerating on a daily basis you will see your energy levels elevate as the workouts progress and in turn yield faster, better results.

Sports Massage

Improves flexibility, range of motion and recovery from workouts and injuries. Our staff of Performance Specialists includes a Massage Therapist who can manually work on your musculature. E3Sports recommends at least one massage a week along with an intensive performance training schedule.
