To Provide Comprehensive Athletic Development And Injury Prevention Training

New York, NY -– March 2009 -- E3Sports is proud to announce that Camp Winadu has become the first officially sanctioned member of the E3Sports Athletic Development and Injury Prevention Program.  This partnership will enable Camp Winadu to instruct their campers and staff using the E3Sports training methodology. As part of its summer camp program, Winadu will also offer an “E3Sports Boot Camp” fitness class for all of their campers.

“We are thrilled to have signed this partnership with E3Sports as we know that they will not only educate our campers in the best exercise and nutrition programs, but also help them to evolve as young adults,” commented Camp Winadu Director, Shelley Weiner.  “E3Sports brings world-class training experience to our organization and their injury prevention expertise is second to none.”

For the first time, Camp Winadu will send two of their lead counselors to E3Sports main headquarters for a one week, learn-by-doing, hands-on mentorship program. Once completed and certified by E3Sports, the counselors will be thoroughly prepared to physically train Winadu campers safely and efficiently.

“Camp Winadu is one of America's best summer sports camps for boys; with the quality instruction of a specialty sports camp Combined with fun and supervision of a traditional overnight camp. E3Sports is pleased to be able to work with the campers and staff of Camp Winadu” stated E3Sports Co-Founders, Andrei Lloyd and Andrew FitzGerald.

E3Sports Performance Trainers will also conduct a series of programs throughout the summer at Camp Winadu for its staff, kids and parents. The goal of these interactive events is to ensure safety and injury prevention and promote performance training awareness in a fun-filled, action packed environment.  Included is a pre-camp orientation during which all counselors will be instructed on proper warm-up and cool down for their athletes.  In mid-July, campers will take part in a Performance Training workout consisting of a progressive blend of strength and fitness training. And on Parents Day, E3Sports will host an Interactive Combine for children and their families to showcase participants’ athletic abilities.
