Start your spring off right with the E3Sports Boot Camp class! Every Tuesday and Thursday for 5 weeks (10 sessions total), you can get a 60-minute workout with the beautiful backdrop of Central Park. Get ready for swimsuit season with a unique functional fitness regiment boasting the most calories burned in a 60-minute workout without the use of equipment. You will jump, push, pull and stretch your way to a toned physique and a sharp mind. Simply bring a towel and plenty of water for this energizing urban workout.

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays (beginning April 17th)
  • 6:30-7:30 pm
  • Meeting location: 72nd Street & 5th Avenue (at the Central Park entrance)
  • Led by Certified Personal Trainers from E3Sports
  • Bring water and a towel and be ready to push your strength, power and speed
