Individuals seek nutrition advice for a variety of reasons but whether
you are looking to lose weight or gain weight, improve your sport
performance, manage a medical condition or just feel better; talking to
a registered dietitian about improving your eating habits is a great
place to start! Between the media and the internet, it is no wonder
that people are puzzled by the different messages about what they
should be eating. No matter what your individual reasons are for
seeking nutrition advice, you can be confident that learning to make
healthy food choices is a sound investment into your overall health and
well-being.
