Boot Camp (Sundays)

Enjoy the fall weather by working out in Central Park with other Zoggers! This class is a challenging yet fun series that incorporates many aspects of fitness. From an active warm-up followed by many sets of strength and cardio circuts, this series has it all. The Boot Camp program will run for 60 minutes every Sunday morning for 6 weeks. Spots are limited so sign up now!

WHAT:
* 60 minute intense all-body workout consisting of interval training, toning & speed work
* 6 sessions over 6 weeks (with option to make up one missed class at other fitness offerings during fall season)
* All athletic backgrounds welcome
* Led by our Certified Performance Trainers

WHEN:
* Classes start Sept 12 and run through Oct 17
* Sunday mornings from 10:30 - 11:30am
* Changes in class dates may occur in cases of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances

WHERE:
* All outdoor classes held in Central Park. Meet at the 72nd St. and 5th Ave entrance.
