RUNNING CLINIC

Our Running Clinic is back by popular demand, but this time with a little twist. Have you always wanted to run in a NYC race but need a little support with training? This clinic is for you, and this time we will be participating in the Down & Dirty Mud Run!
The clinic will be split into two groups- those that are new to running and want to get going with a 5k and those that can jog for 30 minutes without stopping but want to improve on speed and strength with a 10k. This clinic will help you develop better strength, speed, and endurance when running. Classes will include running and conditioning training. End the clinic by crossing the mud-filled finish line with other Zoggers in either the 5 or 10K race!

WHAT:
* 60 minute running workout including stretching, strength training as well as injury prevention exercises
* 10 sessions, 1 fun run and 1 race registration included (5K- $50 or 10K- $60)
* All athletic backgrounds and levels welcome
* Led by our sanctioned Running Instructor

WHEN:
* Mondays & Thursdays
* 6:30pm- 7:30pm
* Official class begins August 30 and runs through Sept 30
* Down & Dirty Mud Run Race: Sunday, October 3

WHERE:
*Group will meet at the fountain at Columbus Circle in Central Park
